Rules

The rules of ADVENTICA Park are binding on all visitors to ADVENTICA Park and accompanying persons. Visiting and using the equipment of ADVENTICA Park is only permitted after carefully reading these rules. The signature of one of the child's parents, representatives and/or guardians who have legal custody of the child confirms that this person is familiar with these rules and the provisions set forth therein. The rules are displayed in a freely accessible place where visitors can familiarise themselves with them before deciding to leave their child at ADVENTICA Park. All other necessary information is provided by ADVENTICA Park staff.

Visitors can enter ADVENTICA Park after purchasing a ticket and receiving a special wristband.

Children under the age of 6 are only allowed into the entertainment area when accompanied by an adult.

Children aged 6 to 12 must be accompanied by adult parents/guardians. If they wish to leave a minor unattended in the entertainment area, they must sign a permission form at the ticket office when purchasing the ticket.

Minors aged 12 to 18 may remain in the area alone only after submitting an ADVENTICA park liability form signed by their parents/guardians.

Adults are only allowed to enter ADVENTICA park with minors as accompanying persons.

Visitors with disabilities may visit ADVENTICA Park only when accompanied by adults who can provide special care for the visitor.

By purchasing a ticket, visitors confirm that they are familiar with ADVENTICA's rules of conduct and assume full responsibility for complying with them. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors.

ADVENTICA Park does not provide childcare services. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors, their supervision and safety.

It is prohibited to wear shoes or be barefoot in ADVENTICA Park. It is MANDATORY to wear socks, and it is recommended to wear socks with non-slip rubber soles. Suitable socks can be purchased at ADVENTICA Amusement Park. Footwear and clothing can be left in the cloakroom.

We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing: sportswear that does not restrict movement is ideal. In the trampoline area, it is important to cover as much of your body as possible – wear a long-sleeved shirt and long sports trousers.

If you have any health problems, disorders, injuries, etc., please assess your ability to enjoy the park responsibly and sensibly.

If you have injured yourself or another unforeseen incident has occurred, please inform the entertainment area staff as soon as possible. If you require urgent assistance, please call the emergency number 112 immediately.

Persons under the influence of medication, alcohol or narcotic substances are prohibited from participating in entertainment activities.

It is prohibited to bring food or beverages to any entertainment activities. There is a special area designated for food and beverages, and we recommend Confetti for birthday parties.

It is prohibited to bring sharp or breakable items into the entertainment areas.

It is prohibited to provide services or engage in any other commercial activity to third parties and/or individuals without the written consent of the ADVENTICA park manager.

It is prohibited to bring and/or consume alcohol in ADVENTICA Park. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €100.

It is prohibited to bring animals into the amusement park.

ADVENTICA Park employees have the right to refuse entry to the park to persons who may pose a threat to the safety and/or health of others.

If the park rules are violated repeatedly and maliciously, the visitor does not respond to comments, or circumstances are created that are unfavourable for the safety and enjoyment of other visitors, ADVENTICA staff have the right to ask the offender to leave the entertainment area without the right to return. In such cases, unused time will not be compensated and money paid will not be refunded.

ADVENTICA staff take care of equipment maintenance, supervise general order, and instruct visitors to the entertainment areas. If you need assistance, please contact the staff wearing special ADVENTICA T-shirts.

You may be filmed or photographed during public events. If you do not agree to this, upon noticing that you have been recorded, you have the right to request that the person who recorded you not publish the recorded material publicly.

Visitors to the entertainment area have the right to film and photograph the entertainment and the area ONLY for non-commercial purposes and only without identifiable persons, unless they have obtained their permission.

For the safety of persons and property, ADVENTICA entertainment venues are under constant video surveillance. Recordings are stored for no longer than 90 days. For more information about surveillance, please contact us by email at info@adventica.lt.

Money for purchased products and/or services is non-refundable. However, depending on the individual situation, we may offer other products and/or services in exchange for the purchased products and/or services, equal to the value of the amount paid.
